Budget Rules
Please submit budget, when all parents have signed, to the Division Coordinator.
All decisions are determined by "Majority Rules". (Examples: Tournaments, Exhibition Games outside Metro Area, increasing or changing budget, etc.)
All parents must pay the Rep Fees at the being of the season. $70. Each
No team is permitted to fund raise for Rep Fees.
Once approved, a team can only change this budget by having all parents sign again and
re-submit for approval.
You can choose to use some items in the budget for ice and tournaments
and eliminate other expenses. Example: Eliminate Dry land and put the $ in ice.
You can not move ice & tournament $ to other expenses.
This budget does not include Hosting Provincials or Quebec PeeWee Trip.
This budget is due on or before October 15th or Travel Permits can be withheld.
A midway budget is due on Jan 15th or Travel Permits can be withheld.
A year end budget is due on April 15th.

Budget - AAA team with a Head Coach with a player on the team.
Budget - AAA team with a Head Coach with no player on the team.
Budget - NOT a AAA team and have a Head Coach with a player on the team.
Budget - NOT a AAA team and have a Head Coach with no player on the team.
