Jersey Guidelines

SMHRA JERSEY GUIDELINES - REP AND HOUSE LEAGUE

1. PARENT/ GUARDIAN must sign Jersey Tracking Form provided by the Coach/Manager.

2. Name bars and "C s"or "A s" MUST BE SEWN ON NOT IRONED OR GLUED they must all be removed from the jersey prior to being returned and washed.

3. Jerseys are to be washed in cold water and hung to dry, DO NOT PUT JERSEYS IN DRYER.

4. Any jersey not returned or showing signs of abuse (other than normal wear or accidents) will be charged to the player at a cost of $75.00 each.

5. Jerseys not returned or paid for will result in the $75.00 fee (per jersey) being added to the players registration the following year. No player will be registered until Fee is paid

6. ALL JERSEYS MUST be carried in a jersey bag.

7. ALL JERSEY MUST be returned with in two weeks of the completion of the season.
